Charles B. Keesee Educational Fund 
The Charles B. Keesee Educational Fund, Inc. was established in 1941 by Mr. and Mrs. Charles B. Keesee of Martinsville, Virginia, for the purpose of aiding worthy men and women to obtain an education. You must be a resident of Virginia, North Carolina or South Carolina for a minimum of twelve months immediately prior to entering any educational institution.

Charles Lafitte Foundation Grants Program 
The mission of the Charles Lafitte Foundation is to provide for and support inventive and effective ways of helping people help themselves and others around them to lead healthy, satisfying and enriched lives. To fulfill this mission, the Foundation acts as grantmaker, innovator and volunteer for four main programs: Education, Children's Advocacy, Medical Research & Issues, and The Arts.

Charles Stewart Mott Foundation 
Through its four programs, and their more specific program areas, the Foundation seeks to fulfill its mission of supporting efforts that promote a just, equitable and sustainable society – Civil Society, Environment, Flint Area and Pathways Out of Poverty (Education). Cisco Education Network 
Cisco Education Network – Virtual Schoolhouse Grant Program – targeted at U.S. schools desiring Internet connectivity. Each year, Cisco awards products, services and training to selected K–12 schools that develop a plan and demonstrate the ability to support and implement an internet working site. Grants are to be used for curriculum–based applications such as Internet access and in–classroom learning.
