Foundation
The Dickinson County Area Community Foundation is an independent, non-profit
organization.Established in 1995 for the area of Dickinson County and surrounding
Wisconsin communities, the Foundation will grow to provide an estimated $3 million in
assets by the turn of the century. The interest from these assets will be made available
for projects in the community.

of Wisconsin Library Services and Technology Act
The dollar amounts for the grant categories listed below may be revised based before final
awards are made based on the total dollars available, including carryover, the
applications submitted, and other factors. In order to be considered eligible applicants
for and eligible recipients of LSTA funds, public library systems must be in compliance
with statutory requirements and public libraries must be in compliance with system
membership requirements as of the application due date (August 2 or September 1, 1999,
depending on the grant category) and the project start date (January 1, 2000, for all
projects).
