Dayton Microcomputer
Association--Home of Computerfest(R)
The Dayton Microcomputer Association, Inc., the sole sponsor of Computerfest(R), is the
largest computer user's group in Southern Ohio. DMA is an Ohio 501c(3) not-for-profit
organization. Volunteers accept donations of computers and computer equipment and, after
checking and updating, return that equipment to people with special needs, challenges and
handicaps for a small registration fee.

Each year, many EDS teams worldwide sponsor $1,500 grants to help teachers
of students ages 6 through 18 buy computer software and hardware, multimedia
equipment, CD-ROM libraries, scanners, modems, Internet access, online time,
and technical training.

Oracle Help Us Help Foundation - The vision behind the Oracle Help
Us Help Foundation, launched in 2001, is to provide every student with
access to the rich world of information and learning available on the
Internet, and to provide teachers and other youth service
professionals with the technology tools to enhance education. Grants
of computer equipment and software are available to schools and youth
organizations in the U.S. that provide educational programs in
low-income communities. The foundation will donate new Internet
appliances and laser printers as well as all the ancillary equipment
necessary to connect the devices, including network hubs, cables, and
electrical surge protectors.
