Community Foundation of North Central Massachusetts 
The Community Foundation of North Central Massachusetts is a nonprofit, community corporation created by and for the people of greater North Central Massachusetts. We help donors create permanently endowed funds to support any charitable purpose, including grants to nonprofit organizations and scholarships to graduating high school students.

Community Foundation of Western Massachusetts 
Proposals are requested from IRS designated 501(c)(3) organizations with 509(a) status, for projects that serve the residents of Hampden, Hampshire, and Franklin counties. Deborah Munroe Noonan Memorial Fund 
The Deborah Munroe Noonan Memorial Fund was established in 1949 by her son, Walter Noonan, to support and promote quality educational, human services, and health care programming for underserved populations.
