Community Foundation of the Lowcountry
The Community Foundation of the Lowcountry serves the counties of Beaufort, Colleton, Hampton, and Jasper Counties in South Carolina. A key element of the community foundation's mission is "connecting people, resources, and needs." We achieve this objective by carrying out the intent of our donors through donor–directed grants and by implementing a grantmaking strategy to address community needs with unrestricted dollars.
