Every year, CDF gives out millions of pounds to community and voluntary groups working to improve communities. We manage a few different grant schemes, so we hope you'll find one right for you. We are happy to help you with your application, and we offer all kinds of support for funded groups – from help with writing a constitution to networking opportunities, running an evaluation or developing communications materials.

The Family Fund helps families with disabled children and young people aged 17 and under to have choices and the opportunity to enjoy ordinary life. We give grants for things that make life easier and more enjoyable for the disabled child, young person and their family, such as washing machines, driving lessons, computers and holidays.
