Community Foundation of Harrisonburg and Rockingham County 
Grants are made to tax–exempt public charities under Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and to government agencies. Grants are limited to projects in the Harrisonburg or Rockingham County area. Generally, proposal deadlines will be around April 1st and October 1st of each.
