Assisi Foundation of Memphis      
The Assisi Foundation of Memphis, Inc. (The Foundation) supports innovative and established programs that address the needs of Mid-South residents in the categories of: Healthcare and Human Services, Education and Literacy, Social Justice/Ethics, Cultural Enrichment and the Arts. The Foundation considers grant applications from nonprofit organizations that provide services in the Greater Memphis area: Shelby, Fayette, and Tipton Counties in Tennessee; Crittenden County, Arkansas; and Desoto County, Mississippi.

Black Belt Community Foundation       
The Black Belt Arts Initiative is a partnership with the BBCF, Youth & Cultural Committee of the Black Belt Action Commission, and the Alabama State Council on the Arts (ASCA,) promotes artists, arts awareness, and creativity in the Black Belt. Grant Awards are available for projects addressing visual arts, performing arts, literary arts, cultural history, or other areas that coincide with the goals of BBAI. The Community Grants support efforts that engage Black Belt residents that address any community issue or need. Proposed activities can include but are not limited to: community economic development, education, environment, health and human services, youth, and/or other areas benefiting the community. Alabama 's Black Belt stretches across the middle of the state from Mississippi almost to the Georgia line. Rich in human, religious, geographic and political diversity, the Black Belt got its name from the region's rich, dark soil.

Chisholm Foundation      
The mission of the Chisholm Foundation is to support education, the arts, and religious endeavors. The Chisholm Foundation funds only a small number of the many worthwhile proposals received. The Foundation welcomes an opportunity to consider special projects, especially demonstration or "seed" projects which, if successful, can be continued with support from an organization's operating budget or other funding sources. Matching gifts or challenge grants are encouraged as a means of leveraging the funding effort.

The Community Foundation accepts Grant Applications from nonprofit organizations in Tate, Tunica, Marshall, Coahoma, DeSoto, Quitman, Panola and Tallahatchie counties. Priority areas will be education, health care and young people. The Community Foundation will make grants to Northwest Mississippi organizations that have programs or initiatives that seek to impact their communities in these priority areas.
