| The Donald C. and Elizabeth M. Dickinson Foundation was established in January 1995 as a nonprofit public benefit corporation to provide financial assistance to charitable organizations supporting, primarily, programs in education, medicine and Western heritage. Dickinson Foundation grants will normally fund scholarships, research, capital projects and Board-defined programs sponsored by established institutions with 501 (c)(3) status. Grants will not be given in support of political campaigns, government organizations, private individuals or shareholders, broad social programs, environmental causes and the like. Grantees must be located in, or the areas around, San Diego, California; Santa Fe, New Mexico; Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Portland, Oregon; or Honolulu, Hawaii. |

Harold K.L. Castle Foundation

| The Harold K.L. Castle Foundation works to build resources for Hawaii's future. We do so by investing in promising initiatives and organizations through grantmaking, using our convening power, and introducing and spreading new ideas and approaches to help solve some of Hawaii's most pressing problems. The Harold K.L. Castle Foundation makes grants to organizations working in one or more of our three strategic priority areas: Public Education Redesign and Enhancement (pre-K - 12th grade), Nearshore Marine Resource Conservation (for waters surrounding the main Hawaiian Islands), Strengthening the Communities of Windward Oahu. We occasionally choose to fund outside these areas, at our discretion. Such grants are increasingly rare, limited, and always initiated by the Foundation. |

| The Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Foundation is dedicated to assisting the poor through operating and capital grants to direct service organizations primarily located in Maryland, Hawaii, Northeastern Pennsylvania, New York, Israel and the Former Soviet Union. These grants focus on meeting basic needs such as shelter, nutrition, health, socialization, and enhancing an individual’s ability to meet those needs. Within that focus, emphasis is placed on older adults and the Jewish community. |
