Community Foundation Tri-County Area - Connecticut

| The Community Foundation of the Tri-County Area’s region includes 31 Connecticut towns in Windham, Tolland and New London Counties. We provide the resources that help nonprofits create positive change to meet needs in eastern and northeastern Connecticut. We have offices in Norwich and Willimantic, Connecticut, and serve the following towns: Ashford, Bozrah, Brooklyn, Canterbury, Chaplin, Colchester, Columbia, Coventry, Eastford, Franklin, Griswold, Hampton, Killingly, Lebanon, Lisbon, Mansfield, Norwich, Plainfield, Pomfret, Preston, Putnam, Scotland, Sprague, Stafford, Sterling, Thompson, Union, Voluntown, Willington, Windham, and Woodstock. We support nonprofit organizations that provide: Basic Human Services and Health Programs, Education, Scholarships, Arts, Culture. Grants are generally awarded in the $1,000 to $10,000 range, with the majority of the larger grants awarded to human services and basic needs programs for those in need or at-risk, especially the poor. |
