Kinsman Foundation - Oregon      
The Foundation manages only two grant programs. The only differences are size of grants and timing of grant decisions and awards.Small grants - Inquiries for grants less than $10,000 are processed throughout the year, and there is no application deadline. Conventional grants - Our Board meets only once each year, in September, to decide grants for that year that have not been decided through the small grant program. Inquiries are due August 1 of each year, but may be submitted anytime during the year. These grants are scheduled for distribution in November.

The Foundation has a geographic limitation that requires that grant funds be used in Bandera, Bexar, Comal, and Kendall counties in Texas.

Organizations located outside these geographic areas are not eligible for grants.
