Charles D Jacobus Family Foundation
| Grants requests for that initiative can either be for a program or for general operating support. Organizations must be Milwaukee based and operated. Organizations with smaller budgets are encouraged. Our focus will continue to be how we can most effectively meet the needs of Milwaukee’s children and their families. Generally, the Foundation awards grants twice a year. In September, the Special Program/Milwaukee Healthy Children's Initiative grants are awarded. Capital grants are awarded in December. All grants are limited to tax-exempt organizations in Southeastern Wisconsin, but mainly in Milwaukee County. |

Jim Joseph Foundation
| The Shimon Ben Joseph Foundation, commonly known as the Jim Joseph Foundation, established in 2006 as a private foundation, is devoted exclusively to supporting education of Jewish youth. The Foundation funds Initiatives for children, youth, and young adults in the United States. It also supports Initiatives of organizations that send U.S. youth for Jewish education experiences to Israel and other settings of Jewish significance. Please note that the Foundation does not fund directly in Israel or any place outside of the United States, unless the organization has a U.S. 501(c)(3) and its program benefits U.S. Jewish youth or educators. While we do not discourage letters of inquiry, the request should be brief (no more than one page) and describe an idea or potential Initiative, not a proposal to be submitted. Moreover, we urge grant seekers to carefully review the Foundation’s mission, vision, goals, funding priorities and its grant making process. We respond to all inquiries in as timely a manner as possible. |
