	Arts Council Of New Orleans (New Orleans) Mission: to support and to expand the opportunities for diverse artistic expression and to bring the community together in celebration of our rich multi- cultural heritage. The Arts Council provides a variety of Cultural Planning, Advocacy, Public Art, Economic Development, Arts Education, Grant and Service Initiatives focused on its vision of New Orleans as a flourishing cultural center. Bell South Foundation Grants throughout nine southeastern states: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. Focus on the people who have the power to improve learning. Will consider all of the places where learning occurs - not only in individual schools and school systems, but also in workplaces, homes and communities at large.
