The Foundation's work is focused on four main areas: health policy, reproductive health,

special interest in health policy and innovation in its home state of California.

The Kansas Health Foundation is a philanthropic organization dedicated to improving the
health of Kansans. Each year the foundation awards more than $15 million to organizations
throughout the state in the categories of public health and health promotion.

W. M. Keck Foundation's priorities are science, engineering, medical research; secondary

A non-profit, focuses to improve communities' quality of life in the United States, Latin
America and the Caribbean, and Southern Africa through the practical application of

focal areas, funding is also provided for leadership; information systems/technology;

in managing its investments, as well as through encouraging donations.

The Foundation’s two areas of interest are: Childhood and Adolescent Depression, and
Attention Deficit/Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD). Grants have primarily fallen under the
categories of Intervention & Referral, Prevention, Public Education/Training, and
Infrastructure. The Foundation also sponsors a Fellowship Program for post-doctoral
research in depression.
Kmart Family Foundation
The Kmart Family Foundation is organized as a private nonprofit entity to educate, prevent
and fight against drug abuse by youth nationwide. One hundred percent of the funds raised
by The Kmart Family Foundation will be donated to charities that battle drug abuse by
children.

Koinonia Foundation is a public charitable organization which works to promote projects

Mission: By enabling the organizations and institutions we support to advance freedom and

strives to fulfill its missions to the citizens of those communities. Recipient
organizations in the San Francisco Bay Area must serve the needs of one or more of the
