The Foundations two areas of interest are: Childhood and Adolescent Depression, and
Attention Deficit/Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD). Grants have primarily fallen under the
categories of Intervention & Referral, Prevention, Public Education/Training, and
Infrastructure. The Foundation also sponsors a Fellowship Program for post-doctoral
research in depression.
Kmart Family Foundation

The Kmart Family Foundation is organized as a private nonprofit entity to educate, prevent
and fight against drug abuse by youth nationwide. One hundred percent of the funds raised
by The Kmart Family Foundation will be donated to charities that battle drug abuse by
children.

Koinonia Foundation is a public charitable organization which works to promote projects

Koret Foundation
Mission: By enabling the organizations and institutions we support to advance freedom and

organizations in the San Francisco Bay Area must serve the needs of one or more of the
