The
Diana, Princess of Wales Memorial Fund
The Fund has already distributed a number of grants including approximately £1 million to
the six charities of which the Princess was patron or president of at the time of her
death: £1 million to Leonard Cheshire for Park House, £1 million to the Osteopathic
Centre for Children and £1 million for the landmine cause. In addition, £5 million has
been distributed between those charities with which the Princess had close associations.
As the Fund is engaged in pro-active grant-making, providing grants on
‘invitation to bid' basis, the Fund is unable to accept general requests
for funding from either organisations or individuals.

DIGITAL believes that children deserve to have positive experiences and access to choices
that will encourage them to reach their full potential. Thus, the company has focused its
charitable resources on the theme of "Children and Youth: Investing in the

Discount Foundation
The Discount Foundation is a small, private grant making foundation. It's sole grant
program, "Jobs and Living Wages for the Poor", focuses on expanding job
opportunities, wages, and benefits for poor and working people, including participants in
state and local workfare programs.

Energy - The Dominion
Foundation supports selected civic and charitable endeavors in
locations where it has major facilities and business interests. Grants
are made in several categories (detailed below), and they support a
variety of programs, such as food banks, homeless shelters,
educational grants, cultural outreach programs in the performing arts,
and land and habitat preservation, to name a few. Other areas of
funding interest include Civic and Community Development, Culture and
the Arts, Education, Environment, Health and Human Services. Dominion
has long invested in communities through programs, volunteer
activities and charitable giving. Dominion’s outreach is directed
primarily to the states where it provides electricity and natural gas:
Virginia, Pennsylvania, Ohio, North Carolina and West Virginia.
