    The Bowerman Track Renovation Program provides matching cash grants to community-based, youth-oriented organizations that seek to refurbish or construct running tracks. This five-year, $1 million program, administered by Nike's Community Affairs department, provides matching funds of up to $50,000 to youth-oriented nonprofit organizations anywhere in the world. Deadline: May 31, 2004.

  • The Bothin Foundation - California
    The Foundation supports low income, at-risk children, youth and families, and the elderly and disabled. To a limited extent, grants may also be made to environmental agencies, arts organizations that serve youth predominately, and community-based capital campaigns.

    fund groups that are willing to take risks, and that aspire to make literacy education an integral part of their work.     Provides anonymous financial assistance to fellow radio and television broadcasters who are in acute need.

  • The Bronx Council on the Arts 
    The Bronx Council on the Arts announces that the applications for the 1998-1999 Community Arts Grants are already available. The grants are awarded to arts and community based organizations for arts projects that serve the people of the Bronx. Although all applicants are welcome, funds are granted directly to non-profit organizations. Individual artists may apply in partnership with a Bronx-based not-for-profit organization.

  • The Brookdale Foundation Group
    The Brookdale Foundation Group funds several initiatives including: its Fellowship, Respite, and Relatives As Parents Programs.

  • Brookline Foundation   Massachusetts
    Charitable foundation supporting local public schools through grants and special programs.

    The Foundation will consider any request for a grant which significantly provides for the health, human services, religious, educational, environmental, recreation or cultural needs of the community, particularly in the South Shore area.
