  • Computers for Schools & Libraries -  Manitoba
    The Computer for Schools & Libraries program is a joint initiative of the Government of Canada, the
    Government of Manitoba - Department of Education & Training, and the Manitoba Telecom Pioneers. Our purpose is to recycle surplus computer equipment to benefit schools, libraries and literacy centres located in Manitoba.
     
  • Computers For Charity United Kingdom
    Computers for Charity is a non-profitmaking voluntary organisation whose aim is to promote access to, and use of, Information Technology by community groups. We achieve our aim by recycling computer systems donated by industry thereby helping to close the loop and reduce waste.
   
  • Internet Special Education Resources
    We help parents and caregivers find local special education professionals to help with learning disabilities and attention deficit disorder assessment, therapy, advocacy, and other special needs.
     
  • Intel Computer Donation Program
    Intel Corporate Affairs manages the contribution of used computers to accredited schools and/or community-based non-profit organizations at Intel United States sites where the company has a major presence. At many sites, all available used systems are donated to schools or non-profit organizations which provide training to students who evaluate, repair and refurbish donated computers. Once refurbished, the computers are used in local schools.
  • Louisiana Challenge Grant - designed to heighten student achievement by making advanced technology available for both school and community activities.
  • Math Forum's Home Page
    The Math Forum, an online community funded in part by the National Science Foundation and hosted by Swarthmore College, has been built with the contributions of math educators, interested volunteers, and online programming groups, including the Perl and Apache communities.
     
  • Per Scholas
    Since 1995, we've supplied more than 10,000 new computers, along with technical services and teacher training, to over 1,000 schools and non-profit organizations.
  • NetDay Organization
    NetDay is a grassroots volunteer effort to wire the nation's K-12 schools and classrooms so schools can network their computers and connect them to the Internet.

  • Oracle Help Us Help Foundation - The vision behind the Oracle Help Us Help Foundation, launched in 2001, is to provide every student with access to the rich world of information and learning available on the Internet, and to provide teachers and other youth service professionals with the technology tools to enhance education. Grants of computer equipment and software are available to schools and youth organizations in the U.S. that provide educational programs in low-income communities. The foundation will donate new Internet appliances and laser printers as well as all the ancillary equipment necessary to connect the devices, including network hubs, cables, and electrical surge protectors.
  • Schools and Libraries
    The Schools and Libraries Division (SLD) of the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) provides affordable access to telecommunications services for all eligible schools and libraries in the United States.

  • Share The Technology
    Share the Technology repairs, upgrades, & donates used computers to non-profit organizations, schools, & people with disabilities. They provide listings of computers available for donation, a database for public & private schools, and other nonprofit organizations to list their computer needs.
  • The TechFoundation - TechFoundation is an innovative charitable organization that is bridging the gap between nonprofit organizations (NPOs) and their technology needs. To date TechFoundation has created Four (4) programs to help alleviate the Nonprofit Digital Divide: TechMarketplace: A business-to-nonprofit distribution channel that provides discounted and donated technology to NPOs and those that serve their technology needs; Geeks for America: A technology fellowship placing recent college graduates in NPOs to provide technology expertise; TechConnect: Networking and educational seminars that provide expertise for nonprofit IT leaders, senior managers, and funders; TechGrants: A newsletter and a grant program that provide NPOs with access to capital to help fulfill their technology needs.
