ARISE is a nonprofit educational foundation established in 1986 to write, publish, and sell life-management material for at-risk children and teens. California Missing Children Clearinghouse
The California Missing Children Clearinghouse (MCCH) maintains a toll-free telephone hotline (1-800-222-FIND) 24-hours-a-day, seven-days-a-week to receive information and inquiries regarding missing children. It relays this information to the appropriate law enforcement agencies. The California MCCH may also be reached at (916) 227-3290.

The Center for Child and Family Studies
The Center for Child and Family Studies (CCFS) is dedicated to helping America’s children get a healthy start in life. It does this by promoting the availability of research-based quality care for children birth to three; improving the effectiveness of supportive intervention for all children and families living in poverty; and influencing national, regional, and local policies and practices that have an impact on young children and their families.
